To Whom It May Concern:
The North Georgia Hound Association will be holding its annual fundraiser in conjunction with its most popular dog show, April 15, 2007. In an effort to be able to give back to the community through various educational and community services programs, we need help from our business partners. We would like to offer donations of gift certificates and put them up for sale in a silent auction to the public.
This is where your company comes in. We would like to ask your company to donate as many gift certificates as you possibly can. In return, if you provide your company logo, we will proudly display it at all upcoming events and publish it in all available publications that we currently use to promote our events.
It is that simple, we use a lot restaurant, hotels and other service oriented companies to bring in judges and entries. We would like to market your establishment through your donation.
